Graham Clarke is a 30-year veteran of the home inspection business. Graham began his career as a home inspector in 1989 with one of Canada’s leading home inspection firms, eventually becoming Vice President of Engineering.
Today, Graham works not only with buyers and sellers of homes and buildings, but also with owners of property who need special consulting to investigate concerns and problems in their buildings. Other significant areas of Graham’s practice are training, coaching and mentoring of home inspectors and litigation support/expert witness reports.
Graham has been a licensed Professional Engineer since 1991 and is a designated Consulting Engineer. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Structural and Foundation Engineering. He is a Past President of both the Canadian Association of Home & Property Inspectors and the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors, and is a recipient of the Stephen Greenford award, a national award presented to a home inspector in recognition of the dedication for the advancement of the home inspection profession in Canada.
