You have your choice of dozens, if not hundreds, of home inspectors to perform your home inspection? Why should you choose Clarke Engineering?
Your home inspection will be performed by Graham Clarke, a Registered Home Inspector and Consulting Engineer (Structural Engineer and Mechanical Engineer). Graham has been a home inspector since 1989 and has performed thousands of home inspections and has managed a team of inspectors who have performed more than 50,000 inspections among them.
Graham is active in the continuing development of the home inspection industry. He is a Past President of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors and was the Founding Chair of the National Certification Authority of the National Certification Program for Home Inspectors. Graham works on the Canadian Standards Association‘s committee responsible for developing the CAN/CSA A770 Home Inspection Standard and he is a member of the expert panel commissioned by the Ontario government to make recommendations on the Regulation of Home Inspectors in Ontario. Graham is also the immediate Past President of the Canadian Association of Home & Property Inspectors.
Graham taught the Home Inspection Certificate Program at Seneca College for twenty years and was a faculty member of the Carson Dunlop Home Inspection College. Many of the inspectors working in the Toronto area are graduates of one of these programs. Why hire the student when you can hire the instructor?
